He mentioned that when they work on one that has it in, it is very hard to get all the oil off and usual require some major scrubing in the cleaning tank. He indicate that they seem to get 16-17 oz out while letting it drain for a while, then to help remove as much as they can, they use regular oil to help get the last out. He said he wasn't sure, and it may just be a concidence, but did mention that with the stuff being so thick and wanting to adhear to everything, that when they change tranny fluids with it in, it takes for every to get it out and usual they do not get it all out by itself. I never brought up the type of tranny fluid to him, but once he said that-I asked if he thought that may be the cause. He then went on to say that it seemed most of them had been using the Redline Shock Proof. He said that they have only had maybe 3 or 4 of the Baker 6 speeds break over the last few years. Anyway was talking to one of the service folks and I asked him if they had seen a trend of more and more tranny breaking. ![]() ![]() I just got back from my BD Dealer from picking it my new EHC.
